OUR MANAGEMENT
Henry Fong, President, Chief Executive
Officer and Director
Mr. Fong has been President and a director
of CNUV since its inception in April
2006. For more than 25 years, Mr. Fong has
served as President, CEO and/or director of
numerous private and publicly traded
companies in various industries including
energy, biotechnology, leisure and other
industries. These companies have traded in
the Over-the-Counter market, The NASDAQ
Stock Market, the American Stock Exchange
and the New York Stock Exchange. From 1959
to 1982, Mr. Fong served in various
accounting, finance and budgeting positions
with the Department of the Air Force. From
1972 to 1981, he held senior supervisory
positions at the Department of the Air Force
headquarters at the Pentagon. In 1978, he
was selected to participate in the Federal
Executive Development Program and in 1981,
he was appointed to the Senior Executive
Service. In 1970 and 1971, he attended the
Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton
University and was a Princeton Fellow in
Public Affairs. Mr. Fong received the Air
Force Meritorious Civilian Service Award in
1982 and has also passed the CPA exam. In
March 1994, Mr. Fong was one of twelve CEOs
selected as Silver Award winners in
Financial World magazine's corporate
American "Dream Team."
Barry S. Hollander, Chief Financial Officer
Mr.
Hollander has been CNUV’s Chief Financial
Officer since 2002. Mr. Hollander, a
Certified Public Accountant, has over 25
years experience with both private and
publicly traded companies serving as CFO,
CEO and other senior management positions in
various industries. Mr. Hollander
specializes in pubic company accounting,
reporting and compliance and holds a BS
degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Thomas B. Olson, Vice President & Secretary
Mr. Olson
has been Secretary and Treasurer of CNUV
since its inception and Vice President since
July 2007. Mr. Olson has more than 20 years
experience serving as Secretary and other
senior management positions with numerous
private and publicly traded companies in
various industries. Mr. Olson has
significant experience in public company
reporting, compliance and corporate
governance. Mr. Olson attended Arizona
State University and the University of
Colorado at Denver.
Stephen D. King, Director
Mr. King has been a CNUV director since
November 2006. He has been Chief Executive
Officer of Wits Basin Precious Minerals,
Inc., a publicly-traded mineral exploration
company, since September 2006. Mr. King has
over fifteen years experience in senior
management positions with publicly traded
companies and is President of SDK
Investments, Inc., a private investment firm
located in Atlanta, Georgia specializing in
corporate finance and investing.
Richard W. Perkins, Director
Mr.
Perkins has over 50 years investment
industry experience and has been President
and Senior Investment Manager for Perkins Capital
Management since October 1994. Perkins
Capital Management specializes in micro-cap
investments and has assets under management
exceeding $248 million. Mr. Perkins is also
a director of several public companies and
is a Chartered Financial Analyst..
Christopher T. Dahl, Director
Mr. Dahl
is President and owner of CTD Properties, a
privately-held company that manages various
real estate investments. He was also the
founder and past President of Children’s
Broadcasting Corp. and has significant media
industry experience, including executive
management and board positions with
publicly-traded companies in the radio
broadcast and public media content segments.
COLLABORATION AND DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS
Leon Chiu, CEO & President – Pioneer
Materials, Inc.
Mr. Chiu is a co-founder of Pioneer
Materials, Inc. and holds a MS degree from
the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
(MIT). Mr. Chiu is a former product and
technical services manager for Honeywell
Electronic Materials and a former thin film
process engineer for Intel Corporation.
Professor Lixin Dong, Assistant Professor of
Materials Science - Southwest Jiaotung
University, Chengdu China
Professor Dong is serving as the principal
investigator and solar engineer for work on
the Company’s collaboration and development
project at the Chengdu facility in China.
